This intensive is curated for beginner and intermediate dancers. This level is for anyone who has prior experience dancing and doing choreography in heels.
This intensive will be a total of 2 hours long, and include a proper warm-up, technique exercises barefoot and in heels, and a cool-down. We will spend more time on detail oriented movement/exercises throughout progressions, with the primary focus still being technique in heels.
