Originally from Ohio, Lauren moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18. She trained at Millennium Dance Complex and Edge Performing Arts Center before signing with Go 2 Talent Agency. She has performed internationally, including at the World Expo in Shanghai and with Holland America Cruise Lines, and has worked with artists and brands such as Beyoncé, Madonna, Nike, and Walk the Moon. Her performance experience includes burlesque and cabaret shows in Los Angeles and the notoriously known, Forty Deuce.

In addition to performing, Lauren has spent over eight years choreographing and adjudicating internationally. She recently returned from Australia, where she performed with Velvet Rope Entertainment and taught at Mad Dance House in Brisbane. She is the creator of the Elevation Process Program, which prepares dancers for professional careers. Lauren is still represented by GTA and now lives in Chicago, where she teaches at Visceral Dance Center and choreographs for the Chicago Bulls Dance Team.
